F-Zero X is that one N64 racer where you genuinely feel like you’re about to lose control at any second—in the best way possible. The tracks twist and loop like they’re actively trying to throw you off, and the speed is borderline ridiculous. At first, I kept slamming into walls because I underestimated how fast you’re actually going, but once you get the hang of drifting around those sharp turns, it clicks.

What’s cool is how each machine handles differently—some slide more, others grip better, and good luck not getting knocked into the abyss when someone rams you mid-air. The Japanese version (J) is mostly the same as the US release, but hey, if you’re collecting, it’s a fun oddity to have. And yeah, multiplayer chaos with three friends is pure, unfiltered mayhem. Just don’t blame me when someone steals first place at the last second.
