F-1 World Grand Prix (F) game

F-1 World Grand Prix on N64 is one of those racing games that actually makes you feel like you're wrestling with a real F1 car. The physics are surprisingly weighty—you can't just slam the gas and expect to take corners cleanly. I remember spinning out constantly at first until I learned to ease off the throttle.

The tracks are dead ringers for real-world circuits, complete with those subtle elevation changes that catch you off guard if you're not paying attention. Monaco's tight turns still give me nightmares. And yeah, the car models hold up better than you'd expect for an N64 game—you can actually tell the difference between a Ferrari and a McLaren at a glance.

It's not just about raw speed, either. Tire wear and fuel management matter if you're doing full races, so you can't just treat it like an arcade racer. Took me a few tries to stop blowing my engine by revving too hard. If you want something closer to the real F1 grind than, say, Mario Kart, this one's got the goods.
