Dynamite Bowl (japan) Game

Dynamite Bowl is that weird little bowling game for the NES (well, Famicom if we're being technical) that somehow lets you cram five people around a single controller. The graphics are about what you'd expect—basic 2D lanes, blocky pins—but there's something oddly satisfying about the way the ball clunks down the alley.
You pick your bowler from a lineup of characters that look like they escaped from an 80s arcade, adjust your angle and power with this janky meter system, and then just... hope for the best. Spare attempts feel way more dramatic than they should, especially when your friends are heckling you. It’s not exactly realistic, but it’s got that early NES charm where everything’s a little off in the best way.
Fun fact: This was the first bowling game on the system, so I guess we can blame it for all the weird bowling spin-offs that followed.
