Cosmo Tank is one of those weird little Game Boy gems that never got enough love. You're piloting a tank through space—yeah, space—blasting alien ships and dodging asteroids. The controls take a second to get used to, but once you do, it's surprisingly satisfying to line up shots while drifting in zero-G.

The pixel art has that classic early Game Boy charm, all chunky and monochrome, and the soundtrack is way catchier than it has any right to be. Some levels get brutal fast, especially when enemy swarms come at you from all sides. I kept getting wrecked by the third boss until I figured out its pattern.

If you're into retro shooters with a twist, this one's worth a few runs. Just don't expect it to hold your hand.
