City Adventure Touch - Mystery Of Triangle (japan) Game

City Adventure Touch - Mystery of Triangle is one of those weird, charming NES games that never made it outside Japan. You play as this kid who gets sucked into a digital world (pretty wild for 1987), running around blocky cityscapes and dodging enemies that look like they escaped from a geometry textbook.
The controls take a minute to get used to—your guy slides around like he's on ice at first. But once you figure out the timing, you're hopping between floating platforms and collecting these triangle power-ups that change your abilities. The music's got that classic Compile synth vibe, all bleeps and bloops that somehow get stuck in your head.
It's not the deepest game, but there's something oddly satisfying about the way the levels twist and flip as you progress. Just don't expect any translations—you'll be guessing at menus the whole time.
