Choro Q 64 is one of those weird little N64 gems that somehow makes racing tiny toy cars way more fun than it should be. You start off picking this stubby little vehicle—mine looked like a bread loaf with wheels—and then you’re immediately thrown into these chaotic, winding tracks that feel way bigger than your car. The handling’s surprisingly tight for something so goofy, and half the fun comes from upgrading your ride between races with parts that actually change how it drives.
It’s got that classic arcade racer vibe where you’re bouncing off walls, skidding around corners, and laughing at how ridiculous your car looks when it flips. The tracks get pretty wild too, with loops, jumps, and shortcuts that keep you from just holding down the gas the whole time. If you’ve ever wanted a racing game that doesn’t take itself seriously but still feels satisfying to play, this one’s a blast.
