Charlie Blast’s Territory is one of those weird little N64 puzzle games that somehow sticks with you. You play as this goofy demolition expert who has to clear levels by placing bombs—but it’s not just about blowing stuff up. You’ve gotta think ahead, because one wrong move and you’ll block your own path or trap yourself. The first few levels ease you in, but before long, you’re staring at the screen for five minutes straight trying to figure out the perfect sequence.
The art style’s got that late ‘90s charm—bright colors, blocky characters, and explosions that look like they’re straight out of a cartoon. It’s not the most polished N64 game out there, but there’s something satisfying about finally cracking a tough puzzle after a dozen failed attempts. If you like games that make you pause and plan, this one’s a solid pick.
