Okay, so Casper on Game Boy is way more fun than I expected. You start off floating around this creepy mansion—which, honestly, looks pretty great for a Game Boy game—and right away you're dodging bats, solving little puzzles, and collecting these weird floating... things? (I still don’t know what they are, but you need them to unlock doors.)
The controls are simple—just float around, avoid enemies, and figure out how to get past obstacles. Some rooms have these sneaky hidden passages, and I totally missed a few on my first run. The music’s got that classic spooky-but-cute vibe, like something out of an old cartoon. And yeah, if you grew up with the movie, you’ll recognize a few familiar faces popping up.
It’s not super hard, but some of the later levels actually made me stop and think for a minute. Definitely one of those games that’s easy to pick up but still has a little challenge tucked away. If you’re into retro platformers with charm, this one’s a solid choice.
