Cadillac Ii (japan) Game

Cadillac II (or Square Deal if you're playing the US version) is one of those weird little Game Boy gems that somehow makes poker feel fresh. You're not just playing standard hands—there's this whole card-collecting twist where you build sets while trying to out-bluff the AI. The CPU opponents have these exaggerated reactions when they fold, which is weirdly charming for a monochrome handheld game.
At first, I thought it was just basic video poker, but there's actually some strategy in how you swap cards between rounds. The Japanese version has slightly different rules, so if you've played both, it's fun to spot the differences. Not gonna lie, the music loops get old fast, but the gameplay's oddly addictive once you get into it.
Definitely a niche pick, but if you like card games with a bit of personality, this one's worth a few rounds.
