You control a character at the bottom of the screen, armed with a harpoon gun attached to a long rope. Your goal is to pop all the balloons descending from the top before they crush you. The core mechanic is latching your harpoon into the ceiling and swinging it to clear multiple balloons in one go. You move screen by screen through different stages, each with its own balloon patterns and occasional boss fights. The pacing is relentless, and the difficulty ramps up quickly as the screen fills with faster, more aggressive balloons. It feels tense and physical, a constant battle against the encroaching ceiling.
