You control Chef Peter Pepper, a tiny man in a white uniform whose job is to construct giant burgers. You walk across the platforms of each screen, stepping on the burger ingredients like bun pieces, patties, and lettuce to make them drop down a level. The main objective is to drop every part of each burger to complete the stage. Your signature moves are dropping ingredients to crush the pursuing enemies, Mr. Hot Dog, Mr. Pickle, and Mr. Egg, and using pepper to temporarily stun them. The pacing is relentless, as the enemies respawn quickly and the layouts become more complex, demanding careful route planning. It feels like a tense, culinary puzzle where one wrong move can get you cornered.
