Bucky O'Hare is one of those NES games that looks goofy at first—you're a green space rabbit with a blaster, after all—but don't let that fool you. The Toad Empire’s got your crew locked up, and breaking them out is half the fun. Each member you rescue brings something wild to the table: Jenny the cat can fly, Deadeye Duck snipes from a distance, and Blinky… well, let’s just say his robot arms come in handy.
The levels are tough, no joke. You’ll need to swap between characters constantly to get past obstacles, and those Toad Troopers don’t mess around. The last few stages throw everything at you—tanks, turrets, bosses that fill the screen. It’s got that classic "Nintendo hard" vibe, but when you finally nail a level, it feels earned. If you like run-and-guns with a twist, this one’s a blast.
