Bomberman 64 - Arcade Edition is basically the N64 version of the classic bomb-dropping chaos, but cranked up for quick, arcade-style matches. You’re still placing bombs to blast through obstacles and enemies, but everything feels snappier—less waiting around, more explosions. The controls are tight, and the stages have just enough twists to keep you on your toes without slowing things down.
Multiplayer is where this one shines. Four players, a small arena, and way too many power-ups—it’s the kind of game where friendships are tested over who stole the remote bomb detonator. Graphics are bright and cartoony, which works perfectly when everything’s blowing up at once. If you’ve played Bomberman before, this is a fun spin on the formula. If you haven’t, it’s a great way to dive in without overthinking it.
Just don’t expect a deep single-player campaign—this one’s all about the couch battles.
