Blodia (japan) Game

Blodia is one of those weird little Game Boy puzzlers that somehow sticks with you. It's got this simple but oddly satisfying block-sliding mechanic where you push colored cubes around to match them—sounds basic, but the later stages get seriously devious. The chiptune soundtrack has that classic Game Boy charm, all bleepy and upbeat while you're sweating over whether to move left or right.
What I love is how it starts off easy, lulling you into thinking "oh, this is cute," and then suddenly you're staring at the screen for five minutes trying to visualize three moves ahead. The Japanese-only text doesn't really matter since the gameplay's so intuitive, though I did accidentally reset my progress once by mashing buttons blindly. If you're into puzzle games that make your brain hurt in a good way, this one's a hidden gem.
