Blast Dozer was a Nintendo 64 game from 1998, developed by Rare. It came out during a time when the N64 library was full of inventive platformers and puzzle games, and this one fit right in with its own particular flavor. You don't hear about it as much as some other Rare titles from that period, but it had a distinct presence.

You control a small, tank-like robot navigating grid-based, single-screen puzzle rooms. The main objective is to clear each stage by destroying all the colored blocks, which you do by ramming into them. Your signature mechanics are your drill, used to push blocks and defeat enemies, and a limited-use bomb that can clear multiple blocks at once. The game is methodical; you have to plan your route carefully because a wrong move can leave you stuck, forcing a reset. It feels like a tense, tactical exercise where every move matters.
