Black Bass 2 is one of those weirdly addictive NES fishing games that somehow makes reeling in pixelated fish way more intense than it should be. You pick your lure (the frog one worked best for me), cast into choppy little ponds, and then it's just you versus the fish—tugging back and forth like a mini wrestling match. The physics are janky in that classic NES way, but once you get the rhythm, it’s weirdly satisfying.

Also, the music? Surprisingly chill for a game about battling bass. Just don’t get too cocky—those bigger fish snap your line if you’re not careful. I lost way too many lures before figuring that out.
