Battle Crusher (japan) Game

Battle Crusher on the Game Boy is one of those weird little fighting games that somehow makes pixelated punches feel satisfying. You pick from a small but varied roster—some characters hit like trucks, others are quick but fragile. The controls are simple (this is the Game Boy, after all), but there’s a surprising amount of strategy in timing your attacks and dodges.
Matches are fast, sometimes over in seconds if you mess up, but that just makes rematches more tempting. The sprites are chunky and expressive, and the soundtrack has that classic early '90s arcade vibe. It’s not Street Fighter, but for a portable brawler, it’s got charm.
