Baseball Fighter (japan) Game

Baseball Fighter is one of those weird, janky NES sports games that somehow turns baseball into a chaotic brawl. You pick a team (Japan or USA, naturally), and then it's basically baseball with way more aggressive sliding tackles and collisions at the bases. The pitching feels stiff, but hitting a home run sends the ball flying with this satisfying ping sound.
Honestly, half the fun is watching the tiny players ragdoll after a hard slide or just straight-up shoulder-checking the catcher at home plate. Graphics are basic even for NES standards, but there's something charming about how over-the-top the whole thing is. If you're into retro sports games with zero realism, this one's a riot.
You can find it floating around on emulators if you're curious—just don't expect MLB-level mechanics.
