Asteroids Game

Man, Asteroids on Game Boy takes me back—that tiny screen somehow makes the endless void of space feel even more intense. You're just this little triangle of a spaceship spinning around, blasting rocks into smaller and smaller chunks before they inevitably come right back at you. The controls are simple (left, right, thrust, fire), but good luck not panicking when three giant asteroids and some weird UFO thing are all gunning for you at once.
It’s one of those games where you swear you’ll just play for five minutes, and suddenly you’ve been wedged in the corner of the couch for an hour trying to beat your last high score. The sound effects are pure nostalgia too—that crunchy explosion noise when you finally nail a tricky shot never gets old. Just don’t blame me when you start seeing asteroids in your dreams.
