Altered Space is one of those weird little Game Boy gems that makes you squint at the screen for hours. It's got this isometric 3D look—kinda like Q*bert but with way more aliens and way more "wait, how do I even get over there?" moments. You're basically navigating these maze-like space stations, pushing blocks, avoiding weird creatures, and trying not to get stuck in a corner because the perspective tricks you.
The puzzles start simple, but by level 3 you'll be rotating the screen in your head just to figure out which platforms connect. It's got that classic Game Boy charm where everything's a shade of green, and the sound effects are just bleeps and bloops, but somehow it works. If you like spatial puzzles that make you feel smart when you finally solve them, this one's a solid pick.
