Adventures of Lolo 3 is one of those NES puzzle games that looks cute but will absolutely wreck your brain if you're not careful. You control this little blue blob (Lolo, obviously) through maze-like rooms, pushing blocks, dodging enemies, and figuring out how to grab the heart that unlocks the exit. Sounds simple, but the puzzles get devious fast—like, "why did that snake just eat my block and ruin everything?" devious.

The charm is in how straightforward it seems at first, until you realize you've been staring at the same screen for 10 minutes trying to outsmart a turtle or time a shot just right. The sprites are tiny and colorful, and the music’s got that classic NES bouncy vibe. If you like puzzles that make you feel clever when you finally solve them (or dumb when you don’t), this one’s a solid pick. Just don’t blame me when you get stuck on level 12.
