If you're into Yu-Gi-Oh!, this one’s a solid pick for the DS. You start off building a deck from scratch—which is overwhelming at first with over 4,000 cards to sift through—but once you get the hang of it, tweaking your strategy feels pretty satisfying. The duels actually require some thought, especially against the AI later on.
What I like is how it mixes the usual card battles with the 5D’s riding duels. Feels faster, more dynamic than older games. And yeah, the story mode’s nothing groundbreaking, but it’s got enough little twists to keep you tapping through. Just don’t expect a deep RPG experience—it’s really all about the dueling.
If you’ve got a DS and a soft spot for card games, this one’s worth the playtime.
