Warlock (beta) Game

Warlock (Beta) is one of those weird, kinda janky Genesis games that somehow sticks with you. You play as this wizard dude hopping through time—one minute you're in medieval Europe, next you're dodging dinosaurs. The goal? Grab all these glowing runestones before the evil Warlock nabs them first.
Controls take a second to get used to—your magic attacks feel a little floaty at first, but once you figure out the timing, zapping skeletons and weird time-displaced monsters gets satisfying. Some of the platforming bits are brutal though, especially when those bat enemies come out of nowhere.
Honestly, the time travel gimmick is what makes it fun. One stage you're climbing a pyramid, the next you're in some frosty Viking village. Just don't expect the plot to make much sense—it's pure 90s "magic bad guy wants magic rocks" energy. Still weirdly charming if you're into retro oddities.
