This title was planned during the 16-bit era, a time when many developers were experimenting with adapting cartoon licenses into interactive formats, though it never reached store shelves.

In the game, you control one of the eccentric drivers from the Hanna-Barbera cartoon, such as Dick Dastardly or Penelope Pitstop, competing in a series of chaotic races across various tracks. The main objective is to finish first while navigating hazards and using items against your opponents. Signature mechanics include laying traps like oil slicks or bombs directly onto the track to hinder the other racers, and collecting power-ups that provide temporary advantages, such as a speed boost or a protective shield. The pacing is frantic, with the pack often tightly bunched, and the difficulty can be unforgiving due to the sheer number of obstacles and aggressive AI.
