WWF WrestleMania on Sega Genesis is pure over-the-top chaos—like if pro wrestling and a cartoon had a baby. You’ve got all the classic wrestlers (Bret Hart, Undertaker, etc.), but they’re pulling off ridiculous moves like shooting fireballs or turning into stone statues mid-match. The physics are completely bonkers—bodies go flying after a single punch, and the ring ropes might as well be trampolines.
First match I played, I picked Razor Ramon and immediately clotheslined someone so hard they spun like a top. The announcer’s yelling, the crowd’s going nuts, and honestly? It’s dumb in the best way possible. Not exactly a technical sim, but who cares when you’re suplexing someone into a pile of exploding barrels.
If you’re looking for something serious, this ain’t it. But if you want to laugh while smashing buttons and watching wrestlers defy every law of physics, it’s a blast.
