Todds Adventrures In Slime World Game

Okay, so Todd's Adventures in Slime World is this weirdly charming Genesis/Master System platformer where you're basically a dude named Todd wading through caves full of... well, slime. Like, a lot of slime. It starts off simple—jumping over pits, avoiding blobs—but then you hit these rooms where the walls literally drip with the stuff, and suddenly you're figuring out how to use it to climb or even trap enemies.
The controls take a second to get used to (Todd slides a bit, which makes sense since he's covered in goo half the time), but once it clicks, you start noticing little secrets tucked behind slime waterfalls or in hidden tunnels. Some levels even have multiple exits, which was pretty wild for a game from this era.
It's got that classic "one more try" vibe—you'll die a bunch to spikes or surprise slime floods, but the checkpoints are fair, and the music's this upbeat synth thing that keeps you pushing forward. Definitely a hidden gem if you're into retro platformers with a weird twist.
