This game feels like playing through an episode—Buster and Babs bounce around colorful levels, dodging weirdly specific enemies (why is there a giant walking sandwich?). The controls are snappy, and the music’s got that classic Genesis twang to it.

Some of the jumps are deceptively tricky—I wiped out a few times on the carnival level before realizing you gotta time the trampolines just right. And yeah, it’s totally a nostalgia trip, but even if you missed the show, there’s something charming about how over-the-top the animations are. That moment when Plucky Duck faceplants after a failed sprint? Still funny.

Just don’t expect a cakewalk. Later levels get mean with the enemy spam. Grab a friend for co-op if you can—way more fun failing together.
