The Hurricanes Game

Man, The Hurricanes on Genesis is one of those soccer games that just feels faster than it should—in a good way. You pick your squad (I always went with the red kit, no idea why), and suddenly you're sliding tackles and launching shots that somehow bend way more than physics should allow. The players have this weird, bouncy momentum that makes every match chaotic in the best possible way.
It’s not FIFA, but that’s the charm. The graphics pop with bright colors, and the gameplay’s simple enough that you’ll be pulling off wild volleys by your second match. Just don’t get too cocky—the AI loves to counterattack when you least expect it. Still holds up if you’re into that early ‘90s sports game vibe.
