Test Drive II – The Duel on the Sega Genesis is one of those old-school racers that somehow still feels intense, even with the chunky pixel cars. You pick from a lineup of classic rides—Ferrari, Porsche, the usual suspects—and then it's just you and one other car, tearing down winding roads with no mercy. No fancy power-ups, no rubber-banding AI, just pure speed and the occasional deer jumping out at the worst possible moment.

The handling takes a second to get used to—brake too late and you're kissing the guardrail, but once it clicks, weaving through traffic at 150 mph feels weirdly satisfying. And yeah, the graphics are straight out of 1989, but there's something about the way the sun glares off the hood that still looks cool. If you ever played this back in the day, it’s exactly how you remember, for better or worse.

Just don’t expect a deep career mode or anything—it’s all about beating the next guy in front of you and not totaling your car before the finish line.
