Tecmo Super Bowl (japan) Game

Man, Tecmo Super Bowl on the Genesis is still a blast—even if it's the Japanese version. You get all 28 NFL teams from back in '91, and the gameplay is just stupid fast compared to modern football sims. No complicated playbooks here—just pick a play, snap the ball, and watch your little pixelated players absolutely fly down the field.
First thing you'll notice? The running game feels overpowered (in a good way). Find a decent RB and you can basically zigzag through defenses like they're standing still. Passing is riskier but way more satisfying when you nail a deep bomb. And yeah, the graphics are dated, but there's something charming about those chunky sprites and exaggerated animations when someone gets absolutely leveled.
It's the kind of game where you'll lose track of time playing "just one more quarter" with a buddy. The Japanese version plays identical to the US one, so no worries there. Still holds up if you like arcade-style sports games with zero fluff.
