You start off just trying not to crash into cliffs (which happens more than you’d think), but soon you’re doing loop-de-loops to shake off air pirates or dropping anvils on them—because of course you can. The controls take a second to get used to—your plane feels heavy at first, but once you get the hang of banking turns, it’s weirdly satisfying.

And the music? Pure 16-bit joy. The levels get wild fast—one minute you’re dodging storm clouds, the next you’re racing against a clock while some goofy villain cackles in the background.
