Man, T2: The Arcade Game was one of those Sega Genesis titles you played more for the gimmick than the actual game. Those chunky Uzi light guns in the arcade version were ridiculously cool—way more memorable than the gameplay itself. You just kinda point and shoot at waves of Terminator robots while the game drags you forward on rails. Not much thinking required.

The SNES version at least nailed the arcade’s gritty, digitized look, but let’s be real—it’s mostly nostalgia fuel. If you didn’t grow up with it, you’ll probably wonder what the fuss was about. Still, blasting through Skynet’s army with that satisfying pew-pew feedback has its dumb charm.
