Subterrania (beta) Game

SubTerrania on the Genesis is one of those weird, punishing gems from the '90s that sticks with you. You pilot a little ship through underground caverns, rescuing hostages while dodging lava, enemies, and your own terrible inertia—seriously, controlling this thing feels like steering a shopping cart on ice at first. But once you get the hang of it, weaving through tight tunnels with that synth-heavy soundtrack blaring? Weirdly satisfying.
The beta version floating around has some rough edges (hence the "beta" tag), but it’s cool to see how the game evolved. You’ll spot different enemy placements and a few scrapped mechanics if you’ve played the final release. Just don’t expect mercy—this game loves throwing surprise lava pits at you.
