Street Racer on the Sega Genesis is pure chaos—in the best way possible. You pick from these weirdly charming racers (my favorite’s the dude in the cowboy hat, no idea why) and then it’s just bumper cars at 100 mph. The tracks are wild—some have jumps, others have tight corners where everyone piles up, and half the time you’re just shoving opponents into walls instead of actually racing.
Supports up to eight players somehow, which turns into absolute madness. You’ll unlock more tracks as you go, and some of the later ones get seriously brutal. It’s not exactly polished, but that’s part of the fun—expect rubber-banding AI, ridiculous crashes, and a lot of yelling at the screen. If you’re into old-school arcade racers where skill is optional but aggression isn’t, this one’s a blast.
