Star Wars Episode 1 : Racer Game

Star Wars Episode 1: Racer on Game Boy Color is way more fun than it has any right to be. You start off picking your podracer—I always go for Sebulba's because it handles like a shopping cart with rockets, but that's half the charm. The tracks are these wild, twisting canyons and alien cities where you're constantly scraping against walls or barely dodging sandcrawlers.
It's janky in that classic Game Boy way—the controls take some getting used to, and the screen crunch means you'll hit stuff you didn't even see coming. But when you nail a tight turn or finally beat that one rival who kept sideswiping you? Pure podracing bliss. Just don't expect it to look like the N64 version—this one's all about that pixelated, slightly-too-fast chaos.
Still holds up if you're into retro racers with attitude.
