Star Trek - Deep Space Nine - Crossroads Of Time Game
📅 1995 ✍️ Playmates Interactive Entertainment

Man, Crossroads of Time is one of those weird little Sega Genesis gems that somehow slipped under the radar. You play as Sisko (or sometimes Bashir or Kira, depending on the level), running, jumping, and phasering your way through Deep Space Nine and a few other locations. The platforming’s a bit stiff—this was the 90s, after all—but the pixel art nails the look of the station, and there’s something oddly satisfying about knocking out Cardassians with a well-timed jump kick.
Some levels mix it up with zero-G sections or turret sequences, and the soundtrack’s got that classic Genesis synth vibe. It’s not perfect, but if you’re into Trek and old-school action games, it’s way more interesting than it has any right to be. Just don’t expect it to play like a modern platformer.
