Star Trek - Deep Space Nine - Crossroads Of Time (europe) Game
📅 1995 ✍️ Novotrade International

Man, Crossroads of Time is one of those weird little gems from the Sega Genesis era that somehow slipped under the radar. You play as Sisko (or sometimes Bashir or Kira, depending on the level), running, jumping, and phasering your way through Deep Space Nine and a few other locations. The platforming’s a bit stiff by today’s standards, but there’s something charming about blasting Cardassians and solving simple puzzles while that chunky 16-bit Star Trek music plays in the background.
First level throws you right into the action—you’re sneaking around the station, avoiding guards, and trying not to fall off those awkwardly placed platforms. The controls take a minute to get used to, but once it clicks, it’s oddly satisfying. And yeah, the graphics are definitely of their time, but the sprite work for the main characters is actually pretty solid.
If you’re into retro Trek games or just curious about obscure platformers, this one’s worth a look. Just don’t expect it to play like a modern game.
