Remember that old-school beat 'em up where Spider-Man and Venom actually team up? Yeah, this is the one. You're swinging through New York, punching thugs, and occasionally switching to Venom when you just want to absolutely wreck everything. The red cartridge was cool as hell back in the day—felt like you were holding something dangerous.
It's got that classic arcade feel where you just keep moving right, smashing through waves of goons, with Carnage popping up to make things messy. The soundtrack's surprisingly heavy for a Genesis game, too. I always liked how Venom played—he's slower but hits like a truck, while Spidey's quicker with those web attacks. Gets chaotic in the best way when the screen fills up with enemies.
Still holds up if you're into that nostalgic, button-mashing chaos.
