Sonic – The Lost Land Game

Ever wondered what Sonic would be like if he got stranded on some weird, uncharted island? That’s basically Sonic – The Lost Land in a nutshell. It’s one of those obscure Genesis/Mega Drive titles that feels like a fever dream—you’re still blasting through loops and bouncing off springs, but now there’s this whole jungle vibe with ruins and traps everywhere.
First few minutes in, you’ll notice the physics are a little… different. Not bad, just takes some getting used to. The levels twist and turn in ways that make you wonder if the devs were just having fun with the level editor. And yeah, there’s still rings and badniks, but the whole "lost land" thing gives it this weird charm. Not gonna lie, some of the jumps feel brutal at first.
If you’re into obscure Sonic stuff, this one’s a trip—just don’t expect it to play exactly like the classics.
