Sonic 2 – Aluminum Editi Game

So, Sonic 2 – Aluminum Edition is basically the classic Sonic 2 we all know, but with this weird metallic sheen slapped over everything. It’s like someone took the original and ran it through a chrome filter—Tails still looks like a fox, but now he’s weirdly shiny. The levels play the same, but the whole thing has this uncanny, almost industrial vibe.
First time I booted it up, I thought my Genesis was glitching. Nope, that’s just how it is. Still fun to blast through Chemical Plant Zone at full speed, though the shiny floors make some jumps harder to judge. If you’re into obscure romhacks or just want to see Sonic in a world that looks like it’s made of soda cans, this is… definitely a thing that exists.
