Sonic 3 Reversed Frequencies Game

Ever wondered what Sonic 3 would sound like if someone flipped the soundtrack upside down? That’s basically this weird, kinda trippy ROM hack. The music plays in reverse—some tracks actually sound kinda cool, others just turn into garbled noise. Gameplay’s the same classic Sonic 3 speed and platforming, just with this eerie, off-kilter vibe from the backwards tunes.
First time I booted it up, Green Hill’s theme hit me like a glitchy fever dream. Takes a minute to adjust, but once you do, it’s oddly hypnotic. Still not sure if I prefer it over the original, but it’s a neat experiment for anyone who’s played Sonic 3 to death.
