Skitchin’ on the Sega Genesis is basically Road Rash but with rollerblades—and somehow that makes it even more ridiculous (in the best way). You’re flying down highways, grabbing onto speeding cars for a boost, dodging traffic, and occasionally punching rival skaters in the face. The controls take a second to click—holding onto cars feels sketchy at first, but once you get the rhythm, you’ll be weaving through semis like a maniac.
The tracks get wild fast, with jumps, shortcuts, and cops trying to knock you off your blades. And yeah, the soundtrack’s got that early ‘90s synth-rock vibe that somehow makes wiping out at 60mph feel cool. It’s janky, chaotic, and way more fun than it has any right to be. Just don’t blame me when you start yelling at the screen after your tenth crash.
