Okay, so Sawaru - Made in Wario is basically Wario being his usual weird self, but this time you’re poking, scratching, and scribbling on the DS touchscreen like a maniac. It’s a collection of super short minigames—some take like five seconds—where you might be peeling off a sticker, flicking a switch, or even blowing into the mic to inflate a balloon. The controls are janky in that charming early-DS way, but that’s half the fun.
Some puzzles are stupidly simple (why did it take me three tries to open a door?), while others make you feel like a genius when you finally figure out the trick. The art’s got that messy, exaggerated WarioWare style, and the music’s full of weird little jingles that stick in your head. If you’re into tactile, experimental DS stuff, this is a great weird little time capsule.
Just don’t expect deep mechanics—it’s all about those quick, chaotic bursts of nonsense.
