Rockman X3 came out for the Sega Genesis, known as the Mega Drive in many regions. Signature mechanics include finding hidden armor parts to upgrade X's abilities and the ability to call your partner Zero for a single, powerful screen-clearing attack in most stages. The game maintains a brisk pace, though its difficulty can spike sharply, especially during boss encounters and some of the more demanding platforming sections. Playing it feels like a constant test of your reflexes and your willingness to explore every corner for an advantage.
