About Road Rash 3 (usa, Europe)
Road Rash 3 came out for the Sega Genesis in 1995, published by Electronic Arts. It was part of that era when racing games were trying to push the hardware with more tracks and a rougher look. This one took you to places like the Isle of Man, Kenya, and Germany, moving away from the simpler sprites of the earlier games by using digitized character models for a sharper visual style.
You control a motorcycle racer through a series of illegal street races. The main goal is to win enough prize money to upgrade your bike and advance through the ranks. Your primary actions are racing at high speeds, punching and kicking rival riders off their bikes, and avoiding the police who try to knock you down. The game is fast and difficult; one crash can ruin your race, and the other riders are aggressive. It feels chaotic and tense, a constant fight for position where every straightaway is a chance to attack or be attacked.
