Ren & Stimpy Show Presents Stimpy's Invention, The (beta) Game

Ever wondered what happens when Ren & Stimpy get their hands on a Sega Genesis? This weird little beta version of Stimpy's Invention is exactly that—a chaotic, janky platformer where you play as Stimpy (or Ren in two-player mode) jumping through bizarre levels based on the show. The controls feel a little stiff, and some of the hitboxes are questionable, but that kind of adds to the charm? Like, of course a Ren & Stimpy game would be a little broken.
You’ll bounce on giant noses, dodge flying logs (because why not), and collect these weird smiley face tokens while the show’s manic energy blares in the background. It’s not the most polished Genesis game out there, but if you’re a fan of the cartoon’s brand of nonsense, it’s hard not to crack a smile at how faithfully it captures the vibe. Just don’t expect anything close to Sonic-level precision.
Fun fact: This beta version has some differences from the final release, like an extra level and slightly altered mechanics. Worth a look if you’re into obscure retro curios.
