Putter Golf (seganet) Game

Putter Golf on the Genesis is one of those weird little sports games that somehow sticks with you. You’ve got this basic overhead view of the green, wind to factor in, and a surprisingly satisfying click when you nail the power meter just right. The courses start simple, but by the third or fourth one, you’re dealing with slopes and obstacles that’ll make you groan (in a good way).
It’s not flashy, but there’s something oddly relaxing about it—like digital mini-golf with that classic Sega jank. I remember getting way too competitive with friends over who could land the most hole-in-ones. The physics aren’t exactly PGA Tour realism, but that’s part of the charm. You’ll probably curse the wind mechanics at least once.
If you’ve got a Genesis lying around, it’s a solid way to kill half an hour pretending you’ve got a golfer’s patience.
