Professor Layton and the Lost Future is one of those DS games that just sticks with you. You start off thinking it's just another puzzle collection, but then the story pulls you in—time travel, mysterious letters, and Layton's usual charm mixed with some surprisingly emotional moments. The puzzles are tough but fair, and I love how they're actually woven into the plot instead of feeling tacked on.
Also, the art style is gorgeous for a DS game—those little animated cutscenes feel like a proper animated movie. And yeah, some puzzles made me groan and put the DS down for a bit, but I always came back. If you like mysteries that actually make you think, this one’s a no-brainer.
