Pokemon Diamond Game

Pokémon Diamond on the Game Boy Color? Yeah, it’s not the DS version—just a solid demake that nails the retro feel. You start in Twinleaf Town like usual, but everything’s stripped down to pixel-perfect GBC style. The sprites are tiny and charming, and the battles move fast, which I love. No fancy 3D, just that classic grind: running through tall grass, getting jumped by Starly, and praying your Chimchar doesn’t faint before the first gym.
Weirdly, it’s got some quirks—like certain moves don’t work the way they should, and the music’s all 8-bit renditions of the DS tunes. But if you miss the days of squinting at a tiny screen and mashing A through dialogue, this hits the spot. Just don’t expect online trading or anything.
It’s a nostalgia trip with rough edges, but that’s kinda the point.
