About Pirates! Gold
Pirates! Gold came out for the Sega Genesis in 1993, developed and published by MicroProse. It was a time when strategy and simulation games were finding a solid home on consoles, and this title stood out as a deep, thoughtful experience compared to many of the faster paced action games of the era.
